Jessica Dorsky is an Executive Functioning Coach and Clinical Psychology doctoral student with a unique background in professional writing, editing, and media. Her diverse experiences across creative and clinical fields shape her holistic approach to helping clients strengthen organization, self-regulation, and productivity skills while maintaining authenticity and emotional balance.

As a coach, Jess brings a collaborative, compassionate, and solutions-oriented style, integrating evidence-based strategies with creativity and flexibility to foster lasting growth. She especially enjoys working with children, adolescents, and young adults—including those navigating creative careers or academic pursuits—supporting them in developing focus, confidence, and sustainable habits.

Jess’s deep appreciation for storytelling, imagination, and creative expression informs her work with clients who identify as artists, writers, and other creative thinkers.
