Jessica Dorsky is an Executive Functioning Coach and Clinical Psychology doctoral student with a unique background in professional writing, editing, and media. As a coach, Jess takes a collaborative, compassionate, and solutions-oriented approach, helping clients strengthen their organization, self-regulation, and productivity skills while developing greater confidence in their abilities.

She integrates evidence-based strategies to support lasting growth and enjoys working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults—especially those navigating key life transitions. Whether adjusting to new academic demands, applying to college, or exploring early career paths, Jess is passionate about helping clients move through challenges with clarity, resilience, and self-awareness.
