Kris Rodriguez

Coach

Kris Rodriguez is an Executive Functioning Coach and Clinical Psychology doctoral student with a deep passion for helping clients build confidence, structure, and emotional resilience—especially those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from learning. She is especially passionate about working with neurodivergent clients, first-generation students, and individuals navigating life transitions with courage and self-compassion.

With a background in both high-level corporate roles and mental health work, Kris brings a unique blend of clarity, compassion, and strategic support to her coaching. She works closely with college-aged individuals and teens to strengthen skills like time management, organization, motivation, and self-regulation. Her approach is strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming, and grounded in the belief that every client deserves tools that feel authentic to them.

In addition to her work with young adults, Kris supports younger children and their families in building foundational executive functioning and emotional regulation skills. She has contributed to clinical care at the Child Mind Institute and collaborated with psychologists to deliver evidence-based interventions that support focus, adaptability, and problem-solving at home and in school.

Kris is committed to providing compassionate, culturally responsive care rooted in the latest evidence-based strategies, consistently ensuring a supportive environment that fosters client success and helps them build the autonomy to navigate school, work, and daily life.
