Leila Ojeda (she/her) is an Executive Functioning Coach, Registered Behavior Technician, and Clinical Psychology doctoral student who is passionate about supporting clients in building meaningful independence, developing emotional resilience, and navigating life's challenges with confidence and self-compassion.

As a coach, Leila draws on her extensive background in behavioral intervention and counseling to help clients strengthen practical skills, create sustainable routines, and reconnect with their goals. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults — particularly those facing behavioral, emotional, or learning challenges — and brings warmth, cultural sensitivity, and a deep respect for each client's unique strengths and background.

Her approach is collaborative and strengths-based, integrating evidence-informed strategies rooted in CBT, behavioral analysis, and trauma-informed care. Leila believes that growth happens best in an environment of trust and encouragement, and she is committed to helping clients and their families build the skills and confidence they need to thrive.
