Truda Silberstein
Coach
Truda Silberstein is an Executive Functioning Coach and Clinical Psychology doctoral student with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults in achieving their academic, personal, and emotional goals. With a background as both a therapeutic mentor and educator, they bring warmth, structure, and creativity to their work with clients.
Truda has worked with individuals navigating autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, anxiety, social anxiety, and gender dysphoria, as well as with older adults and families adjusting to the challenges of Alzheimer’s Disease and caregiving transitions. They are especially passionate about working with neurodivergent youth and those in the queer and LGBTQIA+ community, helping them build confidence, self-advocacy, and emotional resilience.
Before beginning their doctoral studies, Truda served as a Kindergarten co-teacher in Dallas, TX, and completed their post-baccalaureate studies in psychology at Columbia University. They have received training in social-emotional learning and continue to learn new skills to inform their compassionate, strengths-based approach to coaching work.
